The Four Head Hand Sanitizer filling machine commonly know as the four head Volumetric filling machine can be used to fill Sanitizers oil and other liquid products.
The machine is Designed to be Flame proof with Flame Proof motor and panel as to be used on Alcohol material.
The machine can be of 4 / 6/ 8 head filling, the machine can be attached to a turn table (Unscrambler) and then to a conveyor that carries the empty bottle to the Air jet cleaning area and then forward for filling.
The machine is capable of doing 60/90/120 bottles per minute respectively depending on the fill volume and material foaming state.
The complete machine is designed as per GMP Standards and all the SS contact parts are of SS 316Q steel.
